In the rooftop of this building you will find a private barbeque area for the tenants to enjoy their dining experiences. Since it is an exposed space, we constructed the staircase and counters out of concrete covering them with a protective layer of Nano Sealing to avoid scratches and making it water resistant. With the installation of stainless steel equipment and greenery, the rooftop came together as an industrial modern space for get-togethers.
